Perry Lake

Perry Lake is located in Oakland County offering a variety of different outdoor recreation and leisure activities for everyone of all ages to enjoy. On the water, families, boaters, and fishermen can ride around the water enjoying the beautiful scenery and different water activities.

The Pontiac General Hospital provides general and emergency medical care to all patients located 24 miles southeast of the lake. They work to provide many different medical services accommodating each patient’s needs. The hospital is open 24 hours providing care for anyone that needs medical care.

Bishop International Airport located 25 miles northwest offers wonderful flights and other amenities in the airport. The airport offers many amenities including free wifi, a business center, gift shops, and restaurants for customers before and after flights. During the flights, passengers receive ultimate care during their time in the air.

Outdoor Recreation Activities

Along the lake, anyone can enjoy a nice, relaxing day spending time with family and friends. Boaters and fishermen can expect to find a variety of fish such as crappie, northern pike, and largemouth bass. The lake offers beautiful scenery across and around the lake.

Independence Oaks County Park features boating and fishing along with trails for hiking and cross-country skiing. There is a beach area and a picnic area with pavilions for everyone to enjoy. The park covers 1,286 acres with several recreation amenities for people of all ages to enjoy the great outdoors located 6.7 miles south of the lake.

Just 10 miles west of the lake is the WhoaZone at Heron Beach featuring a variety of water activities for everyone to have some fun. They offer a water park, kids zone, kayaks, stand-up boards, boats, and more. They provide a day full of fun for families and friends to enjoy.

Other Leisure Activities

The Holly Woods Disc Golf course provides a fun, entertaining course for all skill levels. It is located 11 miles west of the lake featuring beautiful scenery of nature along the course.

The Heather Highlands Golf Club features an 18-hole course creating a fun, relaxing day out for all golfers along with their friends and family. They offer other amenities to enjoy and experience through their pro shop, restaurant, and other amenities.

Several restaurants for dining in and local shops in surrounding areas of the lake provide a fun night out in a family-friendly environment for everyone to have fun and enjoy.
